Extra Pale Ale (X.P.A.)

This ale is a real thirst quencher. Moderately hopped, it is designed to accent the crisp flavor of the 2-row malt used in brewing this "light" beer. Although it is brewed using ale yeast, we ferment this beer longer than usual, almost like a lager, to bring out the malt flavor that lingers on the palate after every drink. With a modest ABV of 5.25%, this is a very good session beer.
